Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this new image drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling different parts of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
